QUESTION:I plan to replace the pump in my central heating, in an attempt to fix
vibration problems. The Screwfix catalogue lists two, one for up to 60K
BTU and one for 60K - 120K. Unfortunately my boiler has no rating plate
that I can find which would give a clue as to it's output. It's a Glow
Worm FuelSaver Mk II, a low water content jobby. Does anyone know what the
likely output would be?
ANSWER: It's more a question of what the central heating requirement is (pumping
height etc. I can find out for you. What are the vibration problems ?
worn bearings in the pump or what - be a bit more specific if you want
some useful advice
