Tappan Electric Furnace Sequencer
QUESTION:I have an old Tappan Electric Furnace (25 yrs) that has a bad sequencer.
The sequencer is a Controls Co. of America, Model 38-4-FPRDB, Device
120038-022. Is Controls Co. of America still in business? Is there a
chance that I will be able to find this exact sequencer or recommended
substitute?
ANSWER: Not trying to be a smart-*ss, but did you ever think about replacing the
furnace? If yours is 25 years old, I'm sure that it isn't very efficient and
that a new one would save you money in the long run...
