Stay tuned for Window AC unit hack to central AIR

QUESTION:

IM going to assemble a step by step guide to put central AC in your home using a large window unit. ;o) This should raise some brows. This is all because the peoples republic of the US says I can't purchase a Central air unit, and install it my self, even though I am a licensed electrician, and even if I have a pro come and Charge it. They are lying sacks of . I called 3 places in an attempt to try and purchase a 2 ton system, and they would not sell me one. We will see about that.
This is how the Gummit really creates more jobs, not by the infusion of money in the economy, but by restricting everything you can do your self, this way you have to pay someone. I mean really, we have become so lazy and stupid that no one around here even mows their own lawn anymore, but hey that's just what uncle Sam wants. The guy goes to work to pay for the general stuff, and the wife goes to work to pay for all the stuff the lazy retarded husband can't do.
In 20 F^UCJKING years I have never had a vehicle to a repair shop,,,, never had a furnace repair man to the house, never had a TV repairman to the house. Maybe that's why I am the only guy on the street still married, I don't have to pay service men to come and service my stuff, because I do it my self, and there is no chance of them servicing the wife. ;o) How often do you HVAC dudes score the stay at home moms?
Anyway I love the debate that it's cheaper to have an expert do it. Really? Let's have a look at that.
I just finished changing the 4.3 engine in my 96 GMC this winter. My cost= 1350.00 to have a reputable shop do a full rebuild, and 20 hours of my labor to reinstall it. Benefits, I had fun, and I know it's done right, and the kid learned something.
Alternative, Pay 4500.00 to a so called qualified expert and have a rod knock at 20k because the 5.00 per hour monkey mixed up the rod caps in the rebuilt motor. The other alternative, a new vehicle
28,000.00.
