American Standard Pricing from St. Louis - Is this too high?

QUESTION:

I received my quote today from my local American Standard rep. I have been reading the ratings and wanted a quote on American Standard replacement for my heating and air conditioner. I realize that quality has it's price, but I wanted to verify that their was not a surcharge applied over the proper costs of the unit.
I would appreciate any opinions on the costs listed below:
92% AFUE 100000 BTU Var Speed 2-Stage Direct/Non-Direct Vt Model AUY100RV4V Cased Coil Model TXC054E5HPC 16 SEER 4.0 Tons Split System Air Conditioner Model 7A6048A100A Thermostat Two Stage Gas Heat Model ASYSTAT380 Base Unit - $9932
Options: Electronic Air Cleaner 24.5" Model TFE245A9FR1 - $626 Ultraviolet air disinfection Dual 9" Lamp Unit - $308
The base costs include: Concrete Unit pad, Freon Lineset 38/118/50, Outdoor Unit Wiring, PVC Flue Venting & 90d elbows, side wall terminator kit, flex chimney liner 4x35, supply air plenum, gas line connections with gas stop and tee, electrical wiring box with switch, condensate drain line, condensate pump 15' 115v, labor to install, removal of existing equipment, haul off.

ANSWER:

I cant believe they are doing it that cheap. I'd sign the contract before he changes his mind. I get $650 for the dual lamps, are they Air Pals or another brand?
