ANSWER: This is NOT a sales website. Is this property in one of the areas of Houston which has flooded repeatedly? Cy-Fair - isn't that one of the school districts which has had serious
troubles from parents in recent years? Aren't they a 12-month school district,
and one who offers no choice for the parents in the matter? From Cy-Fair to downtown in 10 minutes? Not even at 3am with a police escort.
Who are you trying to kid here? Maybe from 610 & 290, but not from CyFair
which is a good distance to the northwest. You are playing with words. And, as most people living in Houston have learned, downtown is NOT the place
to shop anyway. Nice that the house has central heat and air. Quite modern. I assume we can
believe that it was constructed sometime after 1950, maybe even earlier. Interesting that the 56k price is quite a bit below prices for a typical home
in the Houston area. What's wrong with it? Please let me know if I can help furthur with additional ads you may wish to
post here.
