ANSWER: there's a used car bying mag. called AUTOHUNTER and a stuff for sale
mag. called WANT-AD that had a epa aproved waste oil burner listed.
Mother earth news had plans in their mag. about ten or more years back. They
built it out of a small water heater. (5 gallon I think) There is one made
that you can buy. Multi oil heaters is one that is advertised in Capital
Press. (Farm Paper out of Salem) The number for multi oil is 1-800-4767436

Why don't you send your waste oil to the recyclers? Burning oil in an
uncontrolled environment makes a lot of nasty combustion products (no,
I'm not talking about CO2 and water).
